All hearing aids sold have a legal warranty of 3 years, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 84/2021. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include damage caused by misuse, excessive moisture, drops, or lack of proper maintenance. Most accessories and consumables (such as filters, tubes, or batteries) are not covered by warranty, except in case of defect upon delivery.
