1. Seller Identification
This website is operated by Audio Ética, a registered trademark of Soundethics Unipessoal Lda, headquartered at Rua dos Pinheiros nº120 - 1ºEsq, 2820-567 Charneca da Caparica, Tax ID/Business Registration Number 518220869, registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Setúbal under the same number.
2. Scope and Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.audioetica.pt, as well as the terms applicable to the purchase of hearing aids and related accessories, sold through the online store operated by Audio Ética.
By using this website or placing an order, the user declares having read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.
3. Product Information
Products sold include:
- Hearing aids
- Hearing accessories
- Cleaning and maintenance products
- Complementary hearing devices

4. Prices and Payment
All prices shown include VAT at the current legal rate. Shipping costs are displayed separately before order completion.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Multibanco
- MbWay
- PayPal
5. Deliveries
We deliver to Mainland Portugal and Islands.
- Estimated time: 3 to 5 business days
- Shipping cost: €4.50 | free from €50
In case of delays exceeding 10 business days, the customer may cancel the order without penalty.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the consumer has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of goods, except in cases of:
- Products customized or made to order
- Products sealed which, after opening, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
To exercise this right, you must send an email to info@audioetica.pt indicating your intention to return.
7. Warranty and Technical Support
All hearing aids are covered by the 3-year legal warranty, unless otherwise stated.
If you detect any anomaly or manufacturing defect:
- Contact us via info@audioetica.pt
- We will send shipping instructions for evaluation and, if applicable, replacement or repair
Note The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, or lack of recommended maintenance.
8. Liability
Soundethics is not responsible for:
- Technical incompatibilities between hearing aids and third-party electronic devices
- Product misuse or use without proper technical advice
- Indirect damages or loss of profits
9. Data Protection
Customer data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
10. Alternative Dispute Resolution

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any disputes, the jurisdiction of the company's registered office is competent, with express waiver of any other.
